Home Health Care
Mandiram Hospital provides Home Health Care Program for those who are unable to come to the hospital. Home Health Care helps individuals who may be confined to their homes due to an illness, injury, old age or disability. A team of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals visit you and provide the required medical care. The patient may be taken to the hospital if required.
Register (Registration Fee – Rs 2000) and become a member of the Home Health Care program. On registering for the Home Health Care Program you will also receive a privilege card that entitles you of certain benefits. Contact Tishen at 6238845144 for registration.
Available Plans
Regular plans available under the program.
- Plan A – Healthcare professionals visit you once every month and conduct a routine medical examination. This is charged at Rs 10,000 paid yearly
- Plan B – Healthcare professionals visit you once they receive a call from you. This is charged at Rs. 1000 for every visit
Complimentary blood pressure and blood sugar check will be conducted on every visit. All other services will be charged accordingly.
